There are 40 teams with ACC, Big10, Pac 12

Cut them in half however you want. For it to even see the light of day, Fox Sports would need to have two TV contracts offering the same amount to these two new super leagues, at or near the SEC level.

My choice would be to have the ACC remain east - with PSU, MD, Rutgers, WV, ND and one more. With the Big10 then stretching west to the Pac12, dropping Washington State to call it 20.
