Your point will make it hard for B10 or SEC to expand much more.


The financial benefit is just no longer there. Kansas and Iowa St to the B10 seems to be a popular notion. Don't see how either is a financial gain, seems more like a dilution of payout. B10 will need to be willing to take a loss in order to add schools they want to associate with if they make this deal. The B10 and SEC are getting such a large payout now that the options to improve that payout may no longer exist, unless they poach from each other or maybe Clemson, FSU, ND, or drop schools. Otherwise, they are probably done expanding, unless something besides money starts driving it.
