How does "The End" come about?....


The games will be played, they will be on TV, people will watch, that will generate revenue as it has for decades. Why would that end? It's the point of the sport's existence.

If that doesn't end, schools will get their revenue and coaches, ADs and conference commissioners will get their salaries. They have no incentive to end anything.

I just have a hard time imagining the chain of events that goes from players utilizing the free market to make some money and ends with the schools folding the programs.

How does that happen?
