Hmmm.. a lowly grad student goes to the Admiration and complains about a tenured department head about stolen intellectual property.
It's he said, he said situation.
Quite frankly, I can't see how that's going to work out for the grad student.
If you know of a case where the grad student prevailed, I'm all ears.
Now if the grad student went to the Dean of Grad students and told them the situation,
and happened to mention that a family member was married into the Governor's family, but you would just hate like hell to hurt the college, things would turn for the better in a NY minute.
You can take that to the bank.
