Of course what you say is true, but the colleges don't see the science that way. You have to get vaxxed, period. Vax or don't show up no matter if you had it and have long-term immunity. That's not negotiable. BTW his dad was not particularly excited about him or the boys getting it but caved to his wife, who insisted. They all had covid at the same time, btw. He was active duty (now retired) and had the shot available early.
