You know what’s funny? I go online to buy

a surge protector and find one that looks good, has good ratings, brand name, etc. and then I always read the bad reviews b/c they are most telling- invariably there are pics of said product having been fried, caught fire and the like. what the heck are we supposed to do here?

I go to Target and pick one up w/o looking at reviews and hope for the best knowing that I tried.

Oh, and those $25,000 guarantees? Worthless, all of them.
