In the same thread, you are responding to @goldendomer as if ND just pulled off the biggest heist since Jesse James. And that the committee is "dumb" for going along with it.

I also don't get the G-5 hate. They basically get one guaranteed spot in 12 and you act like it's an injustice. Tell that to all the undefeated G5 teams who have been left out of the CFP and are trying to schedule P5 teams OOC, but basically get stonewalled by teams that are either scared to play them or are unwilling to play a road game against them in a scheduling deal.

And WRT to the Big XII having just 10 teams, it is quality over quality that we should be concerned about. Would anyone argue that at present that the ACC is a better football conference than the BigXII? I wouldn't. If the ACC sees 10 teams as such and advantage, they are free to contract by 4. Moreover, if any ACC team thinks ND is getting such a sweetheart deal, they are free to go independent when their contract is up.

Stop being such an ACC homer. Texas and ND aren't coming to the ACC anytime soon as you wish for and erroneously predicted. I am rooting for the ACC to gain in legitimacy, not by inviting partial-member bluebloods, but by they old-fashioned way--getting good on the field.
