Top 5 probable? Suppose it depends on the definition of probable.

Look at the Top 5, and tell me where Farley sneaks in.

Top 3 = Quarterbacks; in today's NFL, and with the 2021 QB pool, it was almost a given the Top 3 = Quarterbacks. Especially true, once San Francisco moved to #3.

#4 = Kyle Pitts. Arguably a once-in-a-generation TE/WR hybrid. During the Draft, some analysts were claiming he's an automatic Pro Bowler.

So maybe Farley has a dominant All-American almost-perfect 2020 season, and maybe he goes #5. Maybe.

But we also know the first CBs went #8 and #9 --- so it's reasonable to assume #8 was Farley's draft ceiling (once again, with an almost-perfect 2020 season).

Instead of risking injury and/or mediocre play in 2020, Farley went the "safe" route and landed at #22. Now that we've seen the Draft, tough to argue with that choice. Maybe he left some money on the table, but:

1) If he left money on the table, he did so at minimal risk
2) Instead of going around #10, he went around #20 --- that's still middle-ish 1st Round money
