Roy Williams has an incredible memory, just brought up Dale Solomon

As a UNC degree holder with a Tar Heel spouse I feel obligated to watch his farewell presser.

Never though Virginia Tech would enter his speech, but in reference to games coming down to luck sometimes he brought up coaching with Dean Smith and said:

"Dale Solomon, really good player for VT missed a free throw with 0.0 on the clock and we won because of it"

Surprised to hear a coach go back 42 years to reference a game against the Hokies.
