you also aren't paying a commission and don't have to deal with the hassle of showing your house. That is both a tangible cost savings and a serious hassle that you don't have to deal with.

If Zillow offers you 7-10% below true market value, I'd say it would absolutely be worth it just to avoid the hassles. If it is more like 20% below, that's tougher to swallow.
