Imagine 6% in Fairfax/Loudoun, for a $430k townhouse/condo

In a neighborhood with 240 similar townhouse/condos.

How difficult is it to determine a reasonable Asking Price? Uhhhhh, maybe look at the 5 houses in your neighborhood, that all sold 2-3 months ago?

How difficult is it to find buyers, when people are now lining-up on Saturday mornings?

Who still pays the 6%? The same people who pay $100 at the Dealership, for a Cabin-filter change?
