Dustin played Football at my HS, his dad would be in the stands for the gam

Yes i did technically meet him, as the friend i went to FB games with knew Dusty a tiny bit cause his dad was an accountant for WCW or Jim crockett promotions or something. My memory sucks lol.

The HS was East Meck in Charlotte.

Many WCW wrestlers in charlotte back then, saw ricky morton with robert gibson at the airport once, they looked way bigger than on TV lol. And Dustys old partner magnum TA in the movie theatre, after his career was ended (by a car or motorcycle accident i think?)
