We're looking at booking a few months from now when C-19

is quieter than it is at present. I'd have picked St. John myself. Likely, we'll need to book 2-3 months ahead once we get to pull the trigger.

We've never considered USVI because we perceive it as way too touristy, but if we don't get the hell out of Dodge and go someplace this year we'll go nuts.
