year would have had a noticeable effect even if it was only to slow down the expected increase. I mean has someone looked into it and can say no or yes? That was the question. And if they knew that they could calibrate some other stuff etc.

So last spring there were folks in India who were able to see the Himalayas thirty miles away for the first time in their life kinda stuff.
