Regardless of what authorities may or may not recommend, mask wearing and social distancing is going to go way down once most folks have received the COVID vaccine, and infection rates drop.

And no, I don't foresee long-running weak immune systems except perhaps with infants and very young children who are developing in cleaner than usual environments. Even with them, it's probably just going to push the "my kid always has a runny nose!" years back a couple with no real long term effects.
