I highly recommend it! Not everybody would agree, but i've been going for->

an adjustment and a massage every 4-6 weeks for many years. I know them, and they are great. I have had sporadic back spasms since I was in my 20's. I've worked out hard forever. Every now and then I'll "tweek" my back.. It spasms and hurts like a SOB!!! I go immediately to the chiropractor, stretch it, mostly heat since it is muscularadvil.. keep moving and am great for months until , out of the blue,,,bam! Lather ,rinse repeat.

I'm lucky in that mine is not structural, and is spasm related. I work out a lot and work my lower back and core consistently . It protects me most of the time, but when it spasms, the fact that there IS muscle makes it worse. I have found over the years, I can go to the chiropractor regularly (again, 4-6 weeks) and my back is MUCH better. Feels fine day in and day out. Not only that, when it DOES get out of whack, it is easier to get realigned and back to feeling good. Rarely causdes me to miss a day at the gym..althuogh I have a handful of super-slow workouts with lighter weights while I'm making sure it is completely healed.

Again, not everybody will agree, but i credit THEM with me being able to hit it hard and I show no signs of slowing...........NOW, if they could do something about the arthritis in my right shoulder :>)

FYI..In Richmond, Kyle Moran at Back in Action..my shameless (and well deserved) plug for Kyle and his practice!
