Agree regarding the size. Unless you regularly need to cook for 20-25 ...


people you don't need the big daddy. I can do a full turkey on mine and I could do a reasonably sized full brisket though I typically just do a brisket flat because there are only 3 of us in the house most of the year. I can easily do several racks of ribs with a rib rack so I have never needed more space ... and like you said, more space requires more fuel.
