As far as that recipe ... I used Holy Cow BBQ rub instead of the coffee rub

and it worked fine but if you do that, use only about 1.5 TBS rather than the 4. I used 2 TBS and I thought mine turned out a tiny bit too salty. If you use a coffee rub you probably don't need to worry about it. I would also use a spicy sausage - the rest of my family doesn't like spicy stuff so I couldn't but it would have been better for my taste with a little more heat. Enjoy.
