Made it. I finally let the burmuda overtake front yard. No watering, and best looking caroet'like lawn I ever had. I do pay a grate servuce for monthly treatments, which keep bad stuff away. Fescue in direct south dacing sun just win't survive without a billion galkons if water.

I have a useless irrigation system if you need it!
