I disagree. I am extremely concerned about my daughter who is starting

Middle school. She has missed the interaction socially. I can see a change in her since she has been all online. And talking to friends and teachers on a zoom meeting is nowhere close to the same. She loved school from the very first day and lived to please the teacher. Now, that we have been online, she isn't giving much effort and doesn't "connect" with her teachers (much less, her classmates). Her effort and " want to" has dropped off a cliff.
As an elementary school teacher, I can tell you that teaching and learning virtually is nowhere close to the same as in person. I can't wait to get back to the classroom with my kiddo's.... Even if it's only for half a day.
