There wasn't even supposed to be a vote was forced by certain board members

There was no scheduled vote because it had already happened and there was no new evidence to switch away from the original plan. Sure there might be some evidence to shut everything down later, but nothing right now. Some board members refuse to accept the majority rules unfortunately and have drug out another meeting.
