Yep, no rice.
Each day's food intake goes like this...
Before workout: Fruit
After workout: Bacon, eggs, and fruit
Lunch: Sandwich and fruit
Dinner: Chicken breast and more fruit, and veggies (once or twice a week I do a steak instead of a chicken breast)
Various snacks throughout the day: fruit
Protein supplement twice daily for a total of about 50 grams of protein. And a protein bar once daily for another 20g. Generally speaking, I'm getting about 150g of protein per day. If anything, I'm not getting enough fat in my diet, according to my personal trainer.
