This grouping is almost useless; many obese people not diabetic and fine BP

I wish they would break it out in some detail. What if you are obese and healthy? I don't think you can have high BP or diabetes and be healthy. But only fat? You can be skinny, and maybe you are healthy, maybe you aren't.
