Yep - criminally so in my opinion. That is NOT right - just adds to the ..

fear and panic that many already have, especially in a state with so many elderly. They claimed it was an 'accident' but I see no way that you can be off by 90% in two different testing facilities. Shameful.

If you were a conspiracy theorist, you could see that a large convention is planned in that state for next month and making the situation there look far worse than it really is could be used as a massive criticism by the media and opposing party. Good thing I am not a conspiracy theorist.
