been down there myself but, it is my understanding it is open. That means it is open to vendors and there are at least some vendors there. Not sure what is open in Market Building but, I know other restaurants in the general area have reopened.

One last thing in interest of full disclosure. Carilion is reopening to allow patient visitors indicating improving numbers and not sure how that relates to rising numbers reported by the VDH. My own opinion is people have to make their own decisions and take precautions they deem best. Personally, I'd rather take the risk(within reason) of dying on my feet than choosing to live on my knees. Everybody is entitled to objectively consider and evaluate the criteria they consider most relevant for their situation.
