choose to define open and the activities you are looking to participate in. The majority of restaurants/bars are reopening in accordance with guidelines. Outdoor recreation activities are opening in accordance with guidelines as well. Depending what you choose to do your visit may be impacted more by past weather(i.e., portion of parkway closed) and forecasted weather than virus protocols.
