I wont disagree that a culture change is needed in the system

But it is also needed in society..... hundreds if not thousands of people are murdered yearly in this country (not by police) and it should get some attention but we dont hear mich about that.

Regarding the police officers violant response.....I also saw plenty of police officers not reacting to rocks and bottles being thrown at them.... those agitators and the peaceful protesters standing in front of the agitators while objects were thrown were the bad apples.
