right if I had. I certainly said things for which I was sorry and later apologized. I understand how one can lose control under duress, which is why the culture of all, not just police, violence needs be addressed.

Even current chiefs of police admit that they have a culture problem. As a white male coming of age in the 1960s, I was fearful of police. Can’t imagine the fear of black people.
