Of course there are limitations. But you can't tell anyone who wants to


protest peacefully that they can't. You can't tell them their actions aren't justified. You can't tell them that they have "already made their point". None of those are legit reasons to stifle free speech. Your issue is you're trying to associate ALL protests as having a "high likelihood of violence" and that's just not the case. Just because you don't see every peaceful protest on TV doesn't mean they don't exist. What you're proposing falls well outside the exceptions and limitations. You can't apply a blanket limitation like that.
