that, for example, incites imminent unlawful action. I would say that the current situation arguably falls within that exception. There are other exceptions as well. The First Amendment is not a right without limitations.

So if there is a protest going on in your neighborhood and you know there is a high likelihood of violence that accompanies that protest, you are fine with it? Anyway, you are correct. We each have our opinions. Have a great day.
