It mostly just suggests that, in practice, Sweden's "non-lockdown"...


...isn't all that different from the "lockdowns" in other countries. In both cases people are voluntarily maintaining social distancing in public, wearing masks, etc. And in both cases people are still engaging in some amount of public commerce.

Their shopping centers are probably more populated than ours, but it's not like we're in total lockdown and they're experiencing life as usual.
