Kind of like how if you look at the nutrition label and it says 10 grams of protein, but there's actually 23 different kind of amino acids out there, which cumulatively add up to 10 grams. Your body has some total number of antibodies floating around at all times, but within that total number there's a bunch of different types that your body made for a specific thing it was fighting.
