Biggest problem with its dataset is likelihood of self-selection bias
It's the right kind of test, that needs to be done all over the place, constantly, but whether or not the data in this study constitutes a truly representative random sample is questionable. Still though, even if the data is fine, ~3% is pretty low for one of the largest and most populous areas in California. Suggests to me that virus is nowhere yet near as prevalent as it's capable of being.
