No need to overthink the butt, they are hard to ruin.


Same goes for chicken thighs/wings/legs. Smoke em hot (265-275) for 1.5-2 hours and then grill them for 5-10 minutes to crisp the skin. cant beat that for a cheap Saturday meal. moving up the ladder gets tougher amazingribs.com has some great info.
