few years with the abysmal record in the ACC.and his daughters. However, I think we need to consider a few things before writing him off, which I don't think is logical at all. The VT women's basketball program was a complete rebuild from ground up after roughly a decade of neglect. It takes time to build something that is competitive in a highly competitive conference. Things did finally click this year and the ladies finally started beating ACC teams even though there were a few head scratching losses. And ..heck..the ladies are dancing for the first time in ages.

Also, I like the young talent on the team. Kitley rocks. Brooks seems to be getting a handle on recruiting ACC talent. He just needs to learn how to hand in-game decision making.

Losing to Weak Florist sucks, but I don't think we should throw Brooks under the bus every time the ladies lose, especially after the best season in forever.
