You will keep it off because you are being smart about it->


"Evolve" your diet and don't try to deprive yourself AND weigh yourself daily. THOSE are keys and a smart way to go about it.

If you deprive yourself (as you said), you'll pack it back on once the "deprivation period" (diet) is over. If you wait until your clothes feel tight, you'll have added 5-7 pounds..If you weigh yourself daily, you can have "big" food days when you are extra light, and pay closer attention on "heavy" days..
