I pretty much tore mine, but not all the way, so avoided surgery....


But gimped around for about 6 months before a Dr told me rehab was the best option.
Went to rehab and said I would have been better off tearing it all the way..But, we started slowly with exercises he helped me do there. Then began doing them at home. It took probably a yr before it actually felt normal and no pain...
