Soooo...Mom has a Tight Achilles any other advice besides

Stretching and icing before and after activity??? She was diagnosed back in Oct with Achilles tendinitis then on Monday she went to serve and couldn’t push off....Saw dr today said it was a Strain not a tear...

Practice is Va.Foot and Ankle....
