Always cook my bacon in the oven, make it medium rare, medium and well done

My son likes his bacon floppy.

My daughter likes her bacon extra crispy.

My wife likes it in between.

So I take a few pieces out after about 6/7 minutes, another few after 10/11 minutes and leave the last few in for at least 15 minutes. All come out perfect every single time. Throw in the fact that it frees me up to cook everything else and that I don't have to clean up a grease splattered stove top and its a home run.
