North Carolina is going to change demographically...


with all the northerners moving down and all the immigrants from Latin America and other parts of the world seeking better employment opportunities. Charlotte and R-D-CH will end up like NOVA. It will no longer be the North Carolina that we used to know. South Carolina is becoming the favorite state for folks from new Jersey. Virginia was from the 1970's to 1990's, but those from Jersey found out South Carolina gives you more bang for your buck. A lot of Baltimorons (I used to live thee, so I can say it) are moving to the dilapidating towns in Southside Virginia. I guess those worn down textile mill towns remind them of Baltimore, minus the crime.
