Don't cling to those demographic shifts too tightly


As major metros like DC, Atlanta, NYC, Boston and surrounding areas get more expensive, and quality of life issues like commute time become a function of cost, folks are leaving for second and third tier cities like Cleveland, Kansas City, or Omaha that have a higher quality of life relative to cost of living.

This trend is emerging particularly in the NE corridor and west coast and doesn't seem to favor the ACC over the B1G.
