YouTube TV Question - Playback Error


So I have an AppleTV and I'm a YouTubeTV subscriber. I've recently had some issues with the streaming of the service. The video and audio will freeze, I get the spinning wheel like it is buffering, and then it will come back after 5-10 seconds (the video will fast forward to where the live stream is). Sometimes the video doesn't come back and I'll get a Playback Error. Any thoughts on what the issue is? Speed is not an issue. I get good DL/UL speeds in the room that the AppleTV is and I don't have the issue with Amazon Prime and Netflix. The AppleTV is also set to update apps automatically.

I usually just end up turning off the AppleTV and starting it back up, but I'm hoping that there is something that I can do to avoid that. It happened on a big 3rd down play in the ND/UGA game the other night and it was really annoying.
