Yeah, BBB is no guarantee of success, but I consider it a hoop to jump


through and as another piece of data.

For example, I've seen businesses who have operated for a long time, but they're getting a D or a C from BBB, then I'm not using them presuming that I have some other alternatives. Essentially, I use the BBB rating to weed out a few.

The replacement companies I'm looking at right now are all "A+", with one at a "B". The B isn't necessarily out, but I'm starting with 2 local A+'s
