cleaning service. Just happy, fun people. There was a time when both of us were unemployed and they cleaned our house 3-4 times at no charge! Later. they owner didn't show for a few weeks. The owner finally called, embarrassed that he never got in touch. He had closed because he "just couldn't make it financially" (his words). We loved them, and they were cheap! We felt bad because he could have charged 20% more and we'd have been happy with them. He just didn't charge enough, and he didn't realize it until it was too late.

Your guy may be in the same boat. Throw him a bone. He may appreciate it.
