Saw breaking news about the first plane...

online, the second one on TV and the plane that hit the Pentagon was right outside my window in Crystal Gateway overlooking the Pentagon. I did not actually see the plane coming in to hit the Pentagon, but simultaneously heard, felt, saw in my peripheral vision the explosion from across 395. I turned and saw the enormous fireball. I’ll obviously never forget that horrible feeling. For some reason, it did not immediately dawn on me that it was also a plane... even after what had happened earlier. I initially assumed a vehicle bomb. Sucks bigtime thinking about it even this far removed. Awful.
