I've lost almost 80 pounds the last 12 months.


I've just started walking every morning with dog. We're doing 1.5 miles a day right now. I feel like I could do three miles easily, but my tubby pooch is tired after a mile and a quarter, so I'm limiting her time out there right now. My BMR is 2761. I was losing 10 pounds a month for awhile there. The last two months it's been about 5 pounds per month. I still have about 80 pounds to go to get to my stated goal weight of 250. If I get there, I'll readjust to get even lower. Although I think my of 250 is probably where I should be at my height. I haven't weighed 250 since I was in about 7th or 8th grade. However given I'm 47 and my health is gonna go downhill if I'm still 250 at age 50, readjustment downward would seem appropriate. Right now, I just want to see if I can make 250.
