You're seeing that you have more energy as you drop weight


Try to stabilize when you hit 250. Once that feels "normal," try to knock off another 10 lbs to 240. Then keep it up until you get to where you want to be.

Hopefully I'll eventually start seeing you at the Kempsville Rec Center!
