In RIC now, Cburg, VA Beach in the past

Even though I was in VB for only 2.5 years I remember it as a place I really loved, I was lucky enough to live on the Bay. The beach vibe just changes everything to me.
Richmond is great in it's own right with what it offers with happenings and people- and career-wise, but the proximity to VB, DC and my family in Roanoke makes it pretty much perfect for me at this point, been here 16 years now.
Yeah the heat humidity combo can be rough some Summers.
And ironically once took a job that was supposed to end up in a new office in Raleigh. They changed their mind and opened the office in Richmond. I quit the job. Ended up in Richmond after all, 10 years later.
