Job sites, which would actually make that house priceless.

Also, it was bought for $320k back in 2017. I think he's gonna need to find some renters for a while to pay that remodel off. No way it should sell for over $400k unless the actual finished product looks a lot better than the three pictures at the end of that Zillow slideshow. And they don't even live there. Just trying to flip it.
