I can absolutely, positively say that is NOT true


Carrie was 100% Hokie. She made a significant contribution to the softball program and graduated in 3 years while doing so. That is one heck of an accomplishment considering the time restraints of playing a D1 sport.

I certainly understand the disappointment of not having her for year 4 - I share that feeling as well, but respect her decision.

But she gave us 100% while she was here and I really, really appreciate that. I imagine you do so as well since you wished her well.

I wish things had turned out differently but hope things turn out like she wants
